On completion of this training participants will be able to:
- Carry out a thorough inspection of a lanyard
- Carry out a thorough inspection of a harness
- Demonstrate the correct donning of a full body harness

- State the work at height hierarchy of control.
- Ensure that equipment is inspected correctly and used in a safe manner.
- Ensure that anyone working at height is protected from a fall, or should a fall occur, the consequences of a fall are minimised.
