This course introduces participants to food safety and hygiene issues and is based on the criteria set down by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland for Food Safety Training Level 1

FSAI Food Safety/HACCP Level 2
It is a legal requirement that staff working with food receive training in line with their level of responsibility in any food business. This course complies with the requirements as set out by the Food Safety Authority Ireland for Level 2 training.

This course is designed by Environmental Health Officers, and is recognised as the industry gold standard by trainers, employers and enforcement authorities.

This programme has been developed by the National Hygiene Partnership.
It enables food businesses to conform to EU Legislation and is based on the guidelines provided by the National Standards Authority of Ireland.
